Good things come cheap...

Have you ever noticed that eating healthily seems to cost more than eating junk food?  In Kenya, the tables are turned and produce is extremely cheap, while buying a pack of pringles costs $3.  When we go to market, we can buy two weeks worth of fresh-grown vegetables for $12.50.  Maybe its because we're buying food that was grown locally, or maybe packaged food is mostly imported and slapped with heavy tariffs.  For whatever reason, its been a great adjustment to our diet to have a bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables at our fingertips!
